Our Friends of 301 — florists, caterers and photographers who know the building inside out — make the day effortless. Gather on the rooftop with the skyline behind you, then move down to dinner around two long tables beneath the heritage arches.

A suite, a spa bath, the best light in Brisbane.
Bridal party arrives at eight. Champagne, slow light through arched windows, hair and makeup at the marble vanity. The dress hangs by the window. Nobody is in a hurry.

- Yes. The bridal suite includes a marble spa bath, dressing room and the best morning light in the building. Bridal party can arrive from 8am the day of the wedding.
- Exclusive use 2pm to 11am next day (or full weekend), seated dinner for sixteen, all four bedrooms, dedicated on-site wedding lead, curated supplier list, late checkout — no charge.
- Wedding packages from AUD 24,500. Two-night minimum on weekends. Final pricing depends on season, party size and inclusions — we send a full proposal and PDF brochure within two working days.
