Two eight-seater dining tables, dressed end-to-end with candles down the middle and the heritage arches behind. Six courses, paired wines or BYO, your chef in the chef-grade kitchen — ours or yours.
Drinks on the rooftop first, dinner on Level One, port and something dark in the Grand Piano Room after. Sleep at the long table if you must — there are four bedrooms upstairs ready for sixteen.
