Planning an event
Event questions, answered.
- Sixteen seated for dinner across two long tables. Up to thirty for a rooftop gathering. Up to sixty for a cocktail-style event spread across three floors and the rooftop.
- Friends of 301 — florists, caterers, photographers, bar staff and entertainers — know the building inside out. You can use ours, bring your own, or mix both. No tied-supplier fees.
- Weddings and milestone events tend to book 9–12 months out for prime weekends. Dinners and shoots are often available with 2–6 weeks' notice. Send a date and we'll come back within two working days.
- Yes — every event includes the option of beds for sixteen across four bedrooms and the bridal suite. Most events run as full-weekend takeovers with brunch on the rooftop the morning after.
- Enquire → proposal & PDF brochure within two working days → in-person or video walkthrough → 25% deposit holds the date. From confirmation, you have a dedicated event lead until last dance.
