Pets at 301

A penthouse that loves your pet back.

301 isn't ‘pet-tolerant’. It's pet-inclusive. The rooftop, the couches, the grand piano room — your dog or cat is welcome in all of it. Bed, bowls and biscuits are set up before you arrive.

Our position

If they can’t come, neither will you.

We travel with ours. We know what it’s like to scroll past every “luxury” listing and find a tiny “no pets” line at the bottom. So 301 was built the other way around — every surface chosen with paws in mind, every rule written so the pet doesn’t have to behave like a guest.

House rules, such as they are

Five things, and that’s the lot.

  1. 01

Pets welcome — all shapes, all sizes

Dogs and cats both. Two pets as standard, more by arrangement. Big, small, fluffy, three-legged — send a photo with your enquiry and we’ll almost always say yes.

  2. 02

    A small fee

$80 per stay covers extra cleaning, a welcome bowl, and treats from the local pet shop.

  3. 03

    Bed, bowls, biscuits

A pet bed in the bedroom, ceramic bowls in the kitchen, and a treats jar on the counter — set up before you arrive. Litter tray and scratch post on request for cats.

  4. 04

    The rooftop is theirs too

Off-leash on our private rooftop, day or night. Leashed in the lobby and the lift, please — body-corp rules. Cats stay indoors; the rooftop has a high parapet but isn’t cat-fenced.

  5. 05

    Couches: yes. Four-poster: please no

The linen is hand-loomed. There’s a sheepskin throw at the foot of every bed and three couches they’re very welcome on.

In the apartment

Set up before you walk in.

  • — A proper pet bed in the bedroom (not a folded blanket)
  • — Two ceramic bowls in the kitchen, water already poured
  • — A jar of treats from the pet shop two doors down
  • — A spare lead, compostable poo bags, and a litter tray on request
  • — Sheepskin throws on every couch so the leather stays leather
  • — Towels for muddy paws in the entry cupboard
